


Besan ke laddoo
Besan 2 cups
Pure ghee half cup
Cardamom powder half tea spoon
Milk half cup(boiled and cooled)
Suji or semolina one tbsp
Powdered sugar half cup
Sliced almonds and pista for garnishing.
1. Sieve besan in a bowl roast on medium heat till the light colour change stirr continuously .
2: Add half ghee and one tbsp suji mix well roast till the colour change light golden and the aroma will come out.
3 :Stop the flame sprinkle milk upon besan mix well keep aside till little warm add powdered sugar half cup or you can add more as per your taste add remaining ghee cardamom powder mix well make small size laddoos garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios.After room temperature keep in airtight container.
